Rentalot connects to the messaging channels your prospects already use. Each channel has its own setup process but works the same way once connected — messages flow in, your AI agent responds, and everything shows up in your dashboard inbox.

How Channels Work
- You connect a channel from the dashboard Channels page
- Rentalot gives you a shareable link and QR code
- Prospects message your agent through that link
- Your AI agent responds automatically
- All conversations appear in your dashboard inbox
Managing Channels
Each connected channel shows its status on the Channels page:
- Active — receiving and responding to messages
- Pending — waiting for verification (SMS only)
- Error — needs attention (expired token, webhook issue)
- Not connected — ready to set up
